Agility’s AI-Assisted Persona Generation helps you quickly build personas through a guided conversation in the platform. Instead of manually creating each detail, you provide inputs step by step, and the AI generates a complete persona that can be used immediately or refined further.

Accessing AI-Assisted Creation
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Persona
On the Persona tab, open the Create Persona dropdown in the top-right corner
Select AI Assisted Creation
A side panel will open on the right to begin the guided setup
Steps in the AI-Assisted Flow
1. Persona Description
Begin by describing who you want to target. Provide as much detail as you know. The AI will help refine your description if you are unsure.
2. Demographic Parameters
Select demographic attributes that align with your persona.
If you are not certain, you can leave parameters deselected so the AI generates a broad persona.
3. Core and Variant Interests
Define your persona’s interests and identify any traits you may want to test.
Core attributes: Essential characteristics that remain constant across all versions of the persona. These form the foundation of your audience.
Variant attributes: Optional traits layered on top of core attributes. These are designed for testing new directions without changing your main audience.

If you already know the interests you’d like to use, enter them directly in the text boxes and click Add. When your list is complete, click Next.
4. Social Media Accounts
The AI will suggest social media accounts that match your persona’s profile. To enter your own, select the platform, type the handle, and press Enter. Click Next to continue.
5. Brands
Select the brands your persona has an affinity for. To add your own, type the brand name and press Enter. Click Next to continue.
6. Locations
Select the locations your persona frequents. To add your own, type the location and press Enter. Click Next to continue.
7. Persona Name and Description
Finalize your persona by providing a name and a short description. When ready, click Complete Persona.
The system will then generate your persona, including audience layers that can be used directly in campaigns or refined further.
Additional Tools During Creation
Regenerate icon: Available at each step to refresh the AI’s recommendations based on your feedback or updated inputs. This allows you to quickly see new suggestions without restarting the process.
