Sharing Shopify Access

Share Shopify access with the Agility Team so we can analyze your store's data and gain deeper insights into your customers' journey.

  1. Open and Log into Your Shopify Account

    • Navigate to your Shopify account and sign in using your credentials.

  2. Click on "Settings"

    • Locate the settings gear icon at the bottom of your Shopify dashboard and click on it.

  3. Click on "Users and Permissions"

    • Under the settings menu, find and click on "Users and Permissions."

  4. Click on "Add Staff"

    • Scroll to the "Staff" section and click on the "Add Staff" button to invite a new user.

  5. Enter the Information

    • Fill in the fields with the first name, last name, and email of your tracking tag specialist.

  6. Select the Following Permissions

    • To grant the appropriate access, ensure that you select the following permissions:

      • Analytics:

        • Reports

        • Dashboards

      • Online Store:

        • Themes

          • Edit Code

        • Store Settings:

          • View Custom Events

          • Manage and Add Custom Pixels

  7. Click "Send Invite"

    • After filling out the required fields and permissions, click the "Send Invite" button to share access.

  • To utilize this service, you must be enrolled in Agility's Professional Services.
