Ad Content Guidelines

At Agility, we strive to ensure that all advertisers adhere to the highest standards of ad quality, transparency, and brand safety. These guidelines are designed to create a safe, effective, and trustworthy advertising environment for both advertisers and consumers.
The following types of content are prohibited from being included in any ad creatives on our platform:

1. Unbranded Ads

Ads must represent a clear and identifiable brand. Unbranded or ambiguous ads, where the brand name or logo is missing, unclear, or difficult to recognize, will not be approved. Additionally, the advertised brand in the ad must match the brand presented on the linked landing page to ensure consistency and transparency.

Additionally, all ads must include clear sponsor identification, such as the sponsor's logo or text, to ensure transparency. This information should be prominently displayed and unambiguous to avoid rejection.

2. Inappropriate Content

We are committed to maintaining an advertising ecosystem that is respectful, inclusive, and safe for all audiences. Ads containing or promoting inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Violence or Hate Speech: Content that incites or glorifies violence or promotes hatred against individuals or groups.

  • Illegal Products and Services: Ads that promote illegal substances, activities, or products, including illicit drugs and counterfeit goods.

  • Weapons and Dangerous Products: Ads that promote firearms, explosives, ammunition, or dangerous products intended to cause harm.

  • Sexually Explicit or Suggestive Content: Ads that contain sexually suggestive imagery or content deemed inappropriate or offensive.

3. Misleading Content

All ads must provide an accurate representation of the product, service, or information being promoted. Misleading content, such as exaggerating product capabilities, creating discrepancies between the ad and the landing page, or using deceptive tactics to lure users into clicking, is prohibited.



Political Advertising

Agility permits political advertisements on the platform; however, these ads must meet our specific requirements. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that political ads comply with all legal standards, including a clear “Paid for by” disclosure that identifies the sponsoring party. How to Ensure Compliance

Technical Compliance Requirements

To ensure your creatives meet Agility's technical standards, verify that all image dimensions match the platform's supported sizes exactly. Even minor discrepancies, such as being off by one pixel, can result in rejection. Use design tools to re-export or resize assets to the exact required dimensions before submission.
