Duplicating campaigns and ad groups can save you time and ensure consistency when you want to run similar campaign strategies with minor adjustments. This guide will walk you through the steps to duplicate a campaign or an ad group.
Duplicating a Campaign
Duplicating a campaign is useful when you want to replicate a successful strategy with a few tweaks. Here’s how you can do it:
Navigate to the Original Campaign:
Locate and go to the campaign you wish to duplicate.
Access the Actions Menu:
Click on the "Actions" pull-down menu.
Duplicate the Campaign:
Select "Duplicate".
Rename the Campaign (Optional):
If you wish to rename the duplicated campaign, click on the campaign name and enter the new name.
Duplicate Ad Groups (Optional):
Toggle on the "Duplicate Ad Groups" section if you wish to duplicate the ad groups as well.
Choose to duplicate either all ad groups or select specific ones.
Click "Save".
Duplicating an Ad Group Within the Same Campaign
If you only need to duplicate an ad group within an existing campaign, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Original Ad Group:
Go to the ad group you want to duplicate.
Access the Actions Menu:
Click on the "Actions" pull-down menu.
Duplicate the Ad Group:
Select the "Duplicate Ad Group" option.
Specify the number of duplications (up to 10 at a time).
Rename the Ad Group (Optional):
Assign a new name to the duplicated ad group if desired.
Click "Save".
