How to find your target audience

Audiences are the building blocks of targeting on Agility. Each audience represents a specific data set, like behavioral signals, location history, or customer lists, that identifies a pool of device IDs tied to real users.

You can use a single audience or combine multiple types to build a persona. Personas are the profiles ad group's target, and they’re powered by the audiences you select.

To create or manage audiences, go to the Persona tab and open your Audience Library. From there, you can build audiences using the following types:

Geofencing: Uses virtual boundaries to capture the device IDs of individuals who have entered specific physical locations. Learn More

Addressable: Identifies which devices belong to residents of a household by leveraging residential home addresses. Learn More

Search: Captures device IDs of people who have searched specific keywords, revealing active intent. Learn More

CRM: Builds a pool of device IDs by leveraging customer lists from your CRM or other first-party data sources. Learn More

Social: Collects device IDs of individuals who express interest in specific topics, content, or influencers on social media platforms. Learn More

Website: Tracks visitors to your website using pixels to gather associated device IDs. Learn More

Behavioral: Targets users based on online activity, such as site visits, product engagement, and content consumption. Learn More

Demographic: Reaches individuals based on defining characteristics like age, gender, household income, education level, and marital status. Learn More
