Our addressable targeting feature creates virtual boundaries around specific residences and identifies residents within those boundaries using third-party data. Please note that this targeting method does not apply to commercial building addresses.
To upload an addressable list, follow these steps:
Navigate to the audience management tool within your account.
Once in the audience section, click on "+ Audience" located in the top right corner.
Choose "Addressable" as the Audience type
Name your new audience segment and click "Create Audience."
After creating the audience, download the CSV addressable template provided to migrate your addressable data.
*Note: Do not modify the template headers. Ensure all columns (except for ZIP-4) are filled out before proceeding.
Once the CSV template is filled out, upload the file into the audience section.
Finally, click "Activate Audience" located in the top left corner of the screen to complete the process.
