Our addressable targeting feature creates virtual boundaries around specific residences and identifies residents within those boundaries using third-party data. Please note that this targeting method does not apply to commercial building addresses.
To upload an addressable list, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Persona tab located on the left-hand side of your screen.
Click into your Audience Library.
Once in the audience section, click on + Audience located in the top right corner.
Choose Addressable as the Audience type.
Name your new audience and click Create.
After creating the audience, download the CSV addressable template provided to migrate your addressable data.
*Note: Do not modify the template headers. Ensure all columns (except for ZIP-4) are filled out before proceeding.
Once the CSV template is filled out, upload the file into the audience section.
Finally, click "Activate Audience" located in the top left corner of the screen to complete the process.
