This guide explains how to add new team members to your Agility account so they can access the platform.
Before You Begin
Only users with Admin permissions can add new users to an Agility account. If you don't see the options described below, check with your account administrator.
You'll need the new user's email address to send them an invitation.
How to Add a User
Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation.
Select Users.
Click + Invite or + Team Member
Enter the new user's email address.
Select the appropriate role for the user.
Click Send Invite.
The new user will receive an email invitation with a link to set up their account and create a password.
Understanding User Roles
When adding a user, you'll assign them a role that controls what they can see and do in the platform:
Admin — Full access to everything in the platform, including all features, settings, billing, and user management. Admins can add and remove users, manage payment methods, and configure account-level settings.
General User — Full access to all platform features — campaigns, personas, creatives, audiences, tracking, Intelligence, Simulations, and more. General Users can do everything an Admin can except access the Settings page. They cannot manage billing, users, or account configuration.
Viewer — Read-only access to the main dashboard only. Viewers cannot create or edit campaigns, personas, creatives, or any other platform features. This role is ideal for stakeholders or clients who need visibility into performance without the ability to make changes.
Managing Existing Users
From the Settings → Users page, you can also:
Change a user's role — Click on the user and update their role assignment.
Remove a user — Click the remove or delete option next to the user's name. This immediately revokes their access to the platform.
Resend an invitation — If a user didn't receive or lost their invite email, you can reach out to support and our team can resend the email.
Tips
Assign the minimum role necessary for each user. You can always upgrade permissions later if needed.
If someone leaves your team, remove their access promptly to keep your account secure.
For agencies managing multiple advertisers, each user's access is scoped to the advertisers they've been granted access to.
